Introduction to Harvard Principles, BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), and ZOPA.   Day 2: Preparation and Strategy.   Stakeholder Analysis, Setting Objectives, Fact-finding, Value Creation vs. Value Claiming.   Day 3: Execution and Tactics.   Opening Moves, Making and Managing Concessions, Power Dynamics, Recognizing and Countering Hardball Tactics.   Day 4: Negotiating Contractual Terms.   Practical sessions on negotiating Price, Scope, IPR, Liability, and Indemnities.   Day 5: Closure and Post-Negotiation.   Documenting the Agreement, Handover to Contract Management, Managing Internal and External Relationships.
